	Will my pets and I meet the pet sitter before service starts? Yes. I have an initial interview with you before service starts.
	How and when do I pay for services? There will be a $10.00 charge for the initial interview, and payment, in full is expected before the actual sitting date. We accept checks, cash and money orders.
	Will people I don't know, come to my home? No. Only the person that does your interview, will be in your home.
	What about my house key? I will collect your key, at the actual interview, and it will be returned to you, upon your arrival home.
	When can I call and check on my pet? You may call anytime, day or night to check on your pet. We will return all calls left on our answering machine as soon as possible.
	What if we decide to extend our vacation? You must call and let us know as soon as possible, so your pets service does not get interrupted. We will try our best to accommodate you.
